I first met them on the patio in front of the studio. They were with a group of very cool friends having a beer at my neighbor The Thurman Grill, I over fed their cute little dog treats. We sat around and talked for a while. They were great, all of them. Turns out they are Shawites too, so i was certain I’d see them again. Fast forward to our open house this year they came down with their crew and came by the studio and had a beer (and treats for the fur baby…) and Brandon clued me in. He was planning to pop the question, I was immediately like OH OH! I wanna shoot it! So fast forward again to last week, and I get a call… ITS GOING DOWN IN THE NEXT HOUR! YOU STILL IN?!?! um.. YEAH! So we plotted where he was gonna propose and I hid in a pine tree. I’m a sap… (yes I do bad puns..)
I love LOVE LOVE marriage proposals and and always thrilled when I get to help a couple tell their love story from the very beginning of their marriage/wedding journey! And being able to be with THIS couple was an extra special honor. They are the sweetest cutest things ever. I cannot wait to see where life takes them! Congrats you two!
